📋 Step 1: Choose Your Course and Level
Before anything else, decide which course and level you want to study. If you are unsure, our admissions team can guide you based on your qualifications, interests, and goals. The key questions to consider:
- Which school? School of Tailoring, Fashion & Design OR School of Media & AI
- Which course? Fashion Design, Film Production, Photography, AI, Digital Journalism, Graphic Design, Videography, ICT, Knitting, etc.
- Which level? Trade Test (Level 3, 4, 5, or 6) based on your qualifications
- Which study mode? Full-time, Part-time/Evening, Weekend, Home Schooling, or Modelling Club
📄 Step 2: Confirm Your Entry Requirements
Check that you meet the minimum entry requirements for your chosen level:
- Trade Test / Level 3: KCPE or KCSE (any grade)
- Level 4: KCSE D– (D Minus) or Level 3 Certificate
- Level 5: KCSE D (D Plain) or Level 4 Certificate
- Level 6: KCSE C– (C Minus) or Level 5 Craft Certificate

💳 Step 5: Pay Your Registration and Setup Fees
Once your application is processed, you will pay the one-time registration and setup fees:
- School Registration Fee: KES 1,000
- Student ID Card and Branded College T-Shirt: KES 1,000
- Course Starter Pack, Bag and Locker: KES 4,500
- School Equipment Maintenance Fee: KES 1,000
- Student Activity Fee: KES 1,000
- Total: KES 8,500
Your first tuition instalment is also payable at this stage. Tuition can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually (Whichever suits your situation).
🎓 Step 6: Attend Your Orientation
New students attend a campus orientation, a half-day event where you:
- Meet your tutors and fellow students
- Receive your student ID, starter pack, and timetable
- Tour the campus facilities

📅 Step 7: Begin Your Studies
Intake is ongoing at Delight Technical College. We do not limit enrolment to one or two intakes per year. This means you can start as soon as your application is complete. There is no need to wait for a fixed intake date.
