👗 Fashion Design (Level 6)

Fashion Design at Level 6 is Delight’s most advanced and comprehensive fashion programme. It is the culmination of the fashion progression pathway. The qualification that a student reaches after completing Levels 3, 4, and 5. At Level 6, the curriculum goes beyond garment construction and production into the higher-order skills of professional fashion practice:

• Industrial Organisation Management- running a production operation
• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)- designing digitally
• Quality Control Principles- professional production standards
• Research Methods- academic and professional research skills
• Specialist electives- Children’s Wear, Fashion Accessories, Sports Wear, Lingerie, Occasion Wear

Level 6 Fashion Design is a Diploma qualification, examined by TVET-CDACC, and is the highest fashion qualification offered at Delight.

🔧 Fashion Design Technology (Levels 4 and 5)

Fashion Design Technology is the name given to the fashion programme at Levels 4 and 5, the intermediate stages of the progression pathway. • At Level 4: Styled Garments Production (300 hours) and Decorated Fabrics Production (120 hours)
